Coilovers

I bought used KW Coilovers, i just hope the car wil get the right ride hight or i will have to sell them and find another solution!

I'm having a hard time dismantling the coilovers nuts, i had to make a custom wrench because i didn't have the original one and it wouldn't be strong enought anyway.

Suspension

One of my springs was cut and a didn't feel any difference driving or ride height.
changed the mk3 spring for the mk1 cut and now the car has 11.5cm from tyre do metal.

i used everything from the mk3 but the control arm and suspension top mounts.
i had to drill a new hole on the arm to fit the mk3 ball joint on the end of the mk1 arm.

Inner CV joints do not fit mk1 shafts even without the washers on the inside.
The transmission has to be modifyed to fit the cv joint.
24mm vs 28mm lenght/90mm vs 100mm de diameter



Can't use mk1 shocks because the fixing is 20mm wide and i need 26mm for the mk3 steering knuckles (280mm brakes)
