Iwill keep the mk2/mk3 fusebox but will adapt the mk4 engine wiring to it.

MK4 shortened driveshaft / drive axle

Bigger should be stronger so this is an upgrade from mk3 axle to mk4.

The wheel hub has the same bearing but bigger spline so i bought a mk4 hub and drilled 3 holes to have both 4x100 ans 5x100, and a 2mm (i guess) spacer is needed before pressing on the bearing.













Shortened the small one 30mm

Shortened the big one 75mm

Building the engine mount for PD or newer TDI/1.8T

Cars that use lateral engine mounts instead of 1 front and 2 rear style have a diferent placing for the holes so new mounts have to be done for the engine block and the gearbox.

I was thinking about making a similar style to the original PD mount but then decided to make one that looks like the one i had in the beginning, even if it means remplacing the tensioner with one that uses spring instead of a shock.

AFN out ARL in!

The project will be taking a new engine, the AFN was sold and a ARL will be taking it's place...

I'll be racing a MK2 and a '98 Ibiza until it's ready.
